  Grant Leboff

  Chief Executive Officer, Sticky Marketing Club Ltd

  A thought leader in his field, Leboff’s main focus is to address the massive changes that are taking place in a world that is constantly being introduced to new technologies and an evolving World Wide Web. He continually challenges Sales & Marketing conventions that become accepted wisdom, but don’t necessarily deliver results. Having built a successful direct marketing company, which he started in 2002, Leboff sold it in 2008. As well as undertaking work as a Non Executive Director, he now has a number of other business interests. Sticky Marketing Club® Ltd., is a sales and marketing consultancy providing companies with the strategies to thrive in an increasingly competitive world. Leboff’s Sales and Marketing portal, stickymarketing.com produces a wealth of resources and information on effective Sales and Marketing for organisations in an ever changing business environment. He is a highly sought after consultant and speaker, and constantly makes presentations at conferences and events all over the world. Leboff is a regular contributor to many business magazines and newspapers. Amongst others, he has been featured in the Daily Telegraph, The Independent, The Financial Times, The Daily Mirror and The Sun. He has appeared on BBC Radio on numerous occasions as well as being featured on a significant number of US radio networks.

  Cathi Harrison

  Director & Paraplanner, Para-Sols

  As the owner and Director of Para-Sols Cathi has been at the company since the very beginning! Starting of as a freelance Paraplanner, she has grown the company to where it is today. What makes working at Para-Sols special for her is our clients, “I love our clients; we work with such a great bunch of advisers and I love when we can help support them and we get to see their company grow in turn.” Along the way Cathi has also made sure her knowledge of the industry is second to none, gaining Chartered Financial Planner and Certified Financial Planner Status. She is also a Fellow of the PFS, and sits on their board also providing a voice for Paraplanners across the UK. As part of her commitment to the profession Cathi has also been part of a practitioner panel that has recently put on a round of Purely Paraplanning events across the UK.   Michael Joynson

  Head of Market Insights, Invesco

  Based in Henley-on-Thames, Michael is an investment strategist responsible for supporting the activities of the UK sales and marketing teams. He joined the company in September 1999, as a member of the Invesco Perpetual European Equities team. He subsequently joined Citigroup as a global equities strategist in November 2007, before moving to RBC Global Asset Management as a European Equities portfolio manager in November 2009. He returned to our company in September 2013. Michael began his investment career in 1989, joining Fleming Investment Management, where he worked as a portfolio manager on a wide variety of institutional and retail equity and balanced products, with particular emphasis on European and North American equity markets. From 1995 to 1999 he was seconded to Milan and was responsible for the day to day investment management activities of their pension fund joint venture with Generali and COMIT.
