Her expertise extends to AI human interaction, future megatrends, enforcing AI and a diverse data-driven approach. In the keynote, "Future Trends in the Age of AI – How to Succeed and Sustain. Make your finance organisation fit for the future to gain a decisive competitive advantage", Katrin will explore how the future of work and finance will be shaped by AI, and how companies can capitalise on these trends to drive meaningful change.

Elena holds a degree in Economic Cybernetics from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and a degree in Banking and Finance from the London School of Economics, equipping her with a strong foundation in both quantitative analysis and financial management.
