During a 30 year career dedicated to understanding the modern customer Martin has worked in top international agencies and in the 1980’s became one of London’s youngest advertising agency owners by launching his own company – eventually co-creating one of the capitals largest privately owned marketing agency groups. As Jon Stine, Intel Corporation remarked, “Martin knows the store (modern customers) from ‘both sides of the till!” Indeed Martin truly knows what it takes to succeed when it comes to the ever changing, ever demanding, modern customer. As an entrepreneur, a marketer, and more recently author, lecturer and high-end retail consultant, he has worked with many leading names.
